Our story

In 1967, the Israel Defense Forces liberated Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley from Jordanian rule, and the Jewish people returned to the biblical heartland after two thousand years of exile.

Since then, Israeli presence in the region has continuously developed; today, over half a million Israelis reside in Judea and Samaria across 24 different councils, 150 communities, and 4 cities.

Over the years, the State of Israel has confronted various terrorist organizations seeking to erase any trace of the State of Israel as a whole, and of the Israeli residents of Judea and Samaria in particular. These terror organizations operate through both lethal terror attacks and psychological warfare, such as the dissemination of false blood libels and fake news across digital networks.

Our goal and mission:

The Judea and Samaria Situation Room (JSR) was established by the Yesha Council to address the significant gap between on-the-ground realities and the information circulated internationally, while actively countering misinformation and harmful influence campaigns that directly affect the communities of Judea and Samaria and Israel overall.

Each day, JSR’s researchers monitor and investigate developments, analyze and consolidate information, and distribute reliable updates to media outlets, decision-makers, and organizations worldwide.

JSR delivers definitive, real-time intelligence on Judea and Samaria to the world. Powered by innovative technology and deep linguistic and analytical expertise in Arabic and Hebrew, our analysts leverage unparalleled access to field and digital data to provide unmatched accuracy and relevance

We are always looking to work with the best.
